SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation call/SMS once your order is confirmed and dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available only within a 3km radius of our store at 270, Kadawatha Road, Ganemulla. Orders outside this range must be paid in full via bank transfer before dispatch.

Bank Transfer (Island-wide Orders)
For orders outside the 3km COD zone, payment is required via bank transfer. Bank details will be provided at checkout or shared with you after placing your order. Orders will be processed and dispatched once payment is confirmed.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Time

  • Within 3km of Ganemulla (COD): 1–2 business days
  • Island-wide (Bank Transfer): 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email to follow your delivery in real time.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will attempt redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned, and a reshipping fee may apply.
